REDUCE YOUR WEIGHT TIPS

DIET TIPS


People having lot of problems because of their body over weight, lot of fats in their body, who want to increase their weight feel sad for obesity person's facing problems in their daily life, obesity people can't work freely they have pain on every work like walking, standing in one position and etc, health problems comes too....


The main reason to increase our weight is not proper maintain food schedule. Eating lot of Junk Foods, Fast Foods are the main reason to increase our body weight.


Normally people plan to reduce their weight by walking, running, swimming, playing indoor and outdoor games, some of them take a treatment like medicines, eating nutritional powders and Fruits.


One Week you nearly loss 6 kg for the following steps


You should change the food habits for ONE WEEK


FIRST DAY


You will eat FRUITS like APPLE, ORANGE, FINE APPLE, PEAR, WATER MELON, KIWI and etc, WATER MELON is more good for this, mostly avoid banana to avoid for the FIRST DAY, avoid juice items...


SECOND DAY


All VEGETABLES you can eat on second day, if you want you can add chilly, salt for your taste. You can eat vegetables as your wish, there is no limitation for eating VEGETABLES. In second day you should eat POTATO at morning time only, avoid juice items...


THIRD DAY


All Fruits and Vegetable you can eat on this day, in that you should avoid POTATO and BANANAavoid juice items...


FOURTH DAY


BANANA and MILK are the main food for this day, you should avoid all other foods. Nearly you can drink 3 glass of MILK and 8 BANANA fruits, if you want 1 cup VEGETABLE SOUP, avoid juice items...


FIFTH DAY


One cup of RICE and 6 big TOMATO will eat in that day, if you have more hungry only you drink WATER only, additionaly you drink 4 glass of water, that is totally 12 glass of water for one time, avoid juice items...


SIXTH DAY


Small quantity of RICE and VEGETABLES you can eat, eat vegetables as your wish only boiled not fried, if require add little of oil for your taste, avoid juice items...


SEVENTH DAY


One cup of RICE, VEGETABLES and FRUIT JUICE for one time.


EIGHT DAY


You can check your WEIGHT, there is an difference in your WEIGHT. In this DIET you should avoid MILK, SUGAR before drinking TEA AND COFFEE, drink LEMON TEA will give more energy to your body...


For first TWO days FRUITS and VEGETABLES give enough STRENGTH for your body...
